POLICY TERMS

By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Refunds are only available prior to the submission of your travel document application. Once your application has been reviewed, processed, and submitted to the relevant government agency, a refund will not be issued.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

100% Refund: Available if requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided we have not yet started processing your application.

50% Refund: Available if requested within 72 hours of purchase, provided we have not yet started processing your application.

25% Refund: Available if requested before we submit your travel application to the government.

No Refund: Once your travel application has been submitted to the government, refunds are not available.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] with the subject line: "Refund Request". Your email must include:

  • Full Name of Applicant

  • Invoice Number or Order ID

  • The last four digits of the payment method used

  • Date of Purchase

  • Reason for the Refund Request

We will process your request within 24-48 hours upon receiving all required information. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 1-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's policies.

NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

Government fees paid to embassies or consulates are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your visa application. Additionally, payments made to third parties (such as medical examiners, translators, or courier services) are non-refundable.

CHARGEBACK NOTICE

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback to bypass these terms is considered a violation. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to payment processors and relevant authorities, potentially leading to travel restrictions or legal consequences.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

While we strive to provide the best service possible, North Gateway cannot guarantee visa approvals, embassy appointment availability, or processing times, as these are determined by the respective government agencies.
